Mandatory registration of data on gender, initiation of compulsory liquidation of companies, shortened procedure of compulsory liquidation – these are some of the amendments that have taken effect in Serbia as of 1 June 2022.
5 January 2023 marks the beginning of application of Serbia’s Law on Cultural Heritage, one year after it’s entry into force. The law aims to to reinforce protection of cultural heritage that represents a collection of tangible and intangible resources inherited from the past.
The Law on Innovation Activity entered into force on 5 January 2022, except for the article relating to the establishment of the Register of Subjects of the National Innovation System, whose implementation is postponed until 31 December 2022.
